+What is LotteryData.io?
LotteryData.io provides real-time lottery results, analytics, and developer APIs for Powerball, Mega Millions, and select regional games. We focus on fast delivery, clean data, and clear documentation.
+Do you sell lottery tickets?
No. We do not sell tickets. We publish data and analytics only. For official tickets, use authorized retailers in your jurisdiction. See our Legal Disclaimer.
+How current is the data?
Draw results are ingested shortly after official results post. Most updates complete within minutes depending on the game and source availability.
Accounts and Billing
+What plans do you offer?
We offer a free tier, a dashboards plan, and paid API plans with higher request limits. See Pricing for details.
+How do I upgrade or cancel?
You can change plans from your account portal. If you subscribed via AWS Marketplace, manage entitlements in your AWS account. For help, contact Support.
+Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled case by case according to our Terms. See Terms and Conditions.
APIs
+How do I get an API key?
Create an account, select a plan, and generate a key on the My Keys page. If you subscribed through AWS Marketplace, your key is provisioned once your entitlement is active.
+What are the rate limits?
Limits vary by plan. See the plan table on Pricing. 429 means you exceeded your limit. If you need more throughput, upgrade your plan or contact us.
+Do you have SDKs or examples?
Yes. We provide cURL and code samples in the docs. If you need a specific language example, reach out on the Contact page.
+Do you version your API?
Yes. We use semantic versioning and publish changes in the changelog. Breaking changes are announced in advance with migration notes.
Dashboards and Data
+What analytics are included?
Frequency charts, overdue numbers, jackpot history, sessions, and basic stats. We continue to add features based on user feedback.
+Can I export data?
Yes. Paid plans can export CSV or pull directly from the API. If you need bulk exports, contact us with your requirements.
+What if I find a data discrepancy?
Please report it on the Contact page with the draw date, game, and expected vs observed values. We will investigate and correct if needed.
